Delete your MacroResolve account

This page explains how to request deletion of your MacroResolve account and associated data. MacroResolve is provided by SolvePoint Digital Pty Ltd.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion, email us from the email address associated with your MacroResolve account, or include that account email address in your request.

You can also email us directly at support@macroresolve.com with the subject line Request to delete my MacroResolve account.

Information to include

• The email address associated with your MacroResolve account.
• A clear statement that you want your MacroResolve account deleted.
• Any other information that may help us identify your account, if your request is not sent from the account email address.

What will be deleted

Once your request has been verified and processed, we will delete or de-identify account data associated with your MacroResolve account where reasonably possible, including:

• your account profile and authentication information;
• diary entries and meal logs;
• nutrition goals and preferences;
• weight records;
• saved meals;
• custom foods; and
• other account-linked app data stored by MacroResolve.

Information we may retain

We may retain limited information where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting, compliance, or technical reasons. Residual copies may also remain in backups for a limited period before being deleted or overwritten through normal backup processes.

Processing time

We will usually respond to deletion requests within a reasonable period and aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Subscriptions

Deleting your MacroResolve account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
